4^th	The long awaited Blist Hill trip to see the Victorian town near Telford following its £12m refurbishment. A group of cars will leave Ombersley slip road off the A449 at 9.00am, stop for coffee on route before taking advantage of the group entrance fee. 5^th	Coventry Motor Museum. Admission to the museum and car parking is free. TRs can be displayed in Millenium Square outside the museum, non TRs can park in the museum car park. Andrew Racey and I have devised a scenic drive up to Coventry, with plenty to see and very few main roads, - all will be given a detailed tulip map and directions. Click here to download directions. 11^th	Fladbury Fete & Car Show . Organizer: Keith Brown. Keith is negotiating to have our own spot hopefully in front of the Manor. The organisers can offer one free ticket per car displayed to enter the gardens in the village that are on show. Extra people in car will have to pay £5. (although funds go to the church restoration so you might want to pay £5 each anyway). Click here for a programme of events. We should arrive around 11 to 11.30 to be there at the start. Can I have confirmed attendees please so I can give the organisers a better idea of how many cars to expect.

8^th	Sunday Lunch. Venue: The Oak, Upton Snodsbury (about 5 miles east of Worcester on the A422). Organizer: Richard & Meg Rather than circulating the main menu - which would probably create a organisational disaster as pre-ordering would be required - I will consult with my catering manager (Meg!) and select 3 or 4 items from each course, which I will then circulate for your approval. With this approach they will do a set price of £12-£14 for two courses, and £16-£17 for three courses. Additionally, roasts (beef/pork/lamb) can be laid on if required. We can confirm that the food is excellent, as is the service (ask Terry and Jacqi!). I would like to give them an idea of numbers before we go away mid October, so please let me know as soon as possible. Richard & Meg
