membership benefits

Magazine

All members recieve the club magazine, TR Action, eight times a year. It is a high quality 80 page, A4 size, full colour glossy magazine devoted to TRs and includes news , articles, letters, technical tips, competition reports and classified and trade advertisements.

Insurance

The Club's exclusive insurance scheme has been arranged and administered by a dedicated team within Country Mutual Insurance Brokers Limited for many years. They have recently been aquired by Towergate Risk Solutions, Europe's largest independent insurance intermediary. The changes should not affect services to members. The policy is tailor made for TRs with many options to suit the individual requirements of Members. Cover options range from laid up cover to unlimited mileage with the unique benefit of having reinstatement cover up to 150% of the TR’s agreed value. The cover automatically includes both Uninsured Loss Recovery and European Breakdown cover.

Motorsport

The TR Register/Moss Europe Race Championship and the TR Register/Revington TR Spares Sprint and Hillclimb Championship are both very well supported and popular for both competitors and spectators. Members also take part in many other forms of motor sport through the club such as rallies, test days, auto tests, gymkhanas and treasure hunts.

Technical Help

The club has Registrars for each model of TR and derivative; these are the experts who are able to answer questions on historical detail and some technical questions. The club also has a Technical Editor to answer more detailed technical queries. Through the pages of the club magazine, TR Action, members also contribute articles and suggestions to solve problems.

Social Scene

The local group meetings have been the backbone of the club for over 30 years. All TR Register members in the UK are automatically a member of a local group at no extra cost, and all members can benefit from the help and support that comes from being a part of a world-wide club of thousands of TR owners and enthusiasts.
