The Devon group was originally part of the Devon and Cornwall Group way back in 1977. But as you can imagine the geographical distances that members had to travel inspired Phillip Drinkwater to set up the TR Devon Group in the summer of 1978. He was the first elected Group Leader. There has been many Group Leaders between 1978 and the present day, all of those past and present committee members have been instrumental to the ongoing success of the Devon membership currently running at approximately 170 across the county.

Through the TR Register our World wide club, we support and encompass the whole of the TR marquee from TR2 – TR8. You will always be welcome at our gatherings finding stimulating conversations on many aspects of life and the proud ownership of our members’ individual cars.

Support and technical information with hands on help is always available being passed between members, friends and enthusiasts. We welcome partners, family and friends to join us at our regular monthly meetings.

We meet on the first Friday of the month at about 8:00pm from April to October.
A second meeting is held on the third Friday about 8:00pm also from April to October. Please see the venues on the Future Events link as they may change from time to time.

Why not come along to one of our meetings where you are assured of a warm welcome whether you have a TR or not. With Devon being a large county you may live at the other end, but would like to meet other members with the same interest so please let us know, so we could arrange a Sunday lunch in you area.
