2. Minutes of the Inaugural Meeting of TR Lincs held on 20 November 2006 were circulated. These were accepted as a true record. Proposed by Peter Heath, seconded by Steve Etteridge


3. Group Leaders Report
The group leaders report (attached) was read by the Secretary


4. Treasurers Report
Malcolm Brown circulated Income and Expense Account and Balance Sheet showing a closing balance of £172.41.

A cheque for £57.20 was to be sent to Macmillan Nurses, being the proceeds of the Christmas Meeting raffle.


5. Election of Officers
Duncan Jolly took the meeting. The following were elected unopposed as officers of the new group.

6. Group Leader
