It is quite a project which is reflected in the price and is more like a UK restoration project. However the chassis and inner tub didnt seem to bad, engine looks complete but no overdrive. It would make an idea basis for a nut and bolt resto or rally car.

It is probably worth more if split which Jeff may do but it would be a shame to loose another complete car.Tub number CT 64352, which makes it a TR4A but is a live axle, there was no vin there but all details will be on the Import documents for re-registration.

The owner Jeff Young can be contacted on 07836613230, he is often out the Country so I usually TXT first.

Must be worth £1250,

Cheers Sean

Ad on behalf of a local Classics Car dealer in Sunderland

They have just got in an Original UK RHD TR4A IRS Reg DND 7C No CTC 57064 O

The car is displaying 37590 miles, it has been owned by the previous owner since the early eighties, and he thought it would probably be genuine. He had rechassied the car with a USA chassis replaced inner wings to the NS and cills.

It has all Stanpart panels.

It is painted white with black interior and soft top codes on the vin showing Paint 19 and trim 11 or 12.

The car ran very well and smooth and the SU carbs seem set up very well. The car has all the original bits such as O/D gearbox, stearing wheel, correct interior etc and seems a very genuine unmolested car.

In my opinion it would make a great TR4A which could easily be fettled to a higher standard while been on the road with minor cosmic attention to the paint work (not rusty just dull).

They are looking for £7500

Please either PM me or contact John at R & S Classics

http://www.randsclassics.co.uk/customer/

Spotted a couple of none standard parts, TR5 grill and H Frame, TR4 radiator!

Cheers Sean
